The HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) is the world’s leading marketplace for consumer electronic products and technologies, at which worldwide industry players gather to share on and source for new products, innovative ideas and business opportunities. In October 2023, the Fair will return in its full-fledged.

Startup Zone will continue to be an ideal platform for entrepreneurs to get connected with manufacturing partners, suppliers, engineers, and investors from around the world at the show. It is not only the stage for startups to gain exposure but also an ideal occasion to test and validate their ideas and products.

Exclusive exposure opportunities
•Startup event series - including match-making, pitching and mentoring for startups to establish partnerships and gain exposure
•Product highlight in Fair publicity - selected startups will be featured in pre-fair publicity such as newspaper advertorial, buyer newsletter, social media, media activities etc.
•Dedicated Product Demo venue and sessions - for startups to launch their technology and product to worldwide visitors

Participation Package
•Total participation fee – HK$7,080 per booth for Hong Kong companies; US$1,253 per booth for non-Hong Kong companies.
•Booth layout – please refer to the right. Basic facilities e.g., panel display, lockable cabinet, bar stools and power socket are included. 
•Exposure on online platform

•“Click2Match” service (13–23 Oct) – an online platform and interface, for both exhibitors and buyers to identify each other, schedule appointments and conduct online meetings. 
•hktdc.com Sourcing (13 Sept – 12 Nov) – 2 months online exposure on hktdc.com Sourcing with 3GB media storage space to present your company, product photos, and videos, etc.

Eligibility

Priority will be given to the following applications. Additional documents might be requested as proof:

 

•Tech startups with business registration and within 3 years of establishment
•Tech startups from incubation programme of tertiary institutes / R&D centres / startup accelerators
•Prototypes or mockup applicable to consumer electronics or technologies
•Technologies and/or products not yet commercialized
•Technologies/products on display invented or designed by the applicant
•Companies who did not exhibit in HK Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) in the standard booth format

 

Application

Interested applicants please send (1) company’s Business Registration (2) Certificate of Incorporation; and (3) website/deck showing the technologies/products to alvin.sc.ho@hktdc.org by 30 June 2023 for vetting purpose.
