1) Physical Exhibition (13 – 16 October) – Conduct face-to-face connections with buyers who physically join and let them have a touch-and-feel of your products. |

2) “Click2Match” service (13 – 23 October) – an AI-powered online platform for you to have access to our registered buyers of the Fair. You could schedule appointments with buyers as early as 6 October and to conduct online meetings from 13 – 23 October. |

3) hktdc.com Sourcing (13 Sep – 12 Nov) – 2-month online exposure with 3GB media storage space to present your company, product photos, and videos to over 2 million registered buyers. |

Exclusive Funding Support for Hong Kong applicants - Eligible non-listed enterprise registered in Hong Kong can also apply for SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF) from the Trade & Industry Department (TID) to cover 50% of the original participation fee, subject to a cap of HK$100,000 per fair. Details on EMF are available on TID's website. |

| • | Custom-Built Participation (minimum size of 30 sq.m.) is available at HK$4,075 per sq.m. / US$ 660 per sq.m. |
| • | Additional special location surcharge applies to all types of participation when the booth is of 2, 3 or 4 sides open |
| • | The HKD pricing only applies to HK Exhibitors while the USD applies to non-HK Exhibitors |

1 Convention & Exhibition Industry Subsidy Scheme (C&E) – All exhibitors (both local and overseas) will be subsidised a maximum of 50% of the participation fee or HK$10,000/ US$1,282 per booth of 9sqm, subject to a cap of 10 booths and HK$100,000/ US$12,820 per company per fair organised by HKTDC. Each exhibitor is required to submit the business registration / company registration documents along with their application in order to enjoy this subsidy. |

HKECIC Exports Hassle-free |
HKECIC covers buyer and country risks, at the same time providing credit assessment service to understand buyer’s credit information and alleviate risk. With HKECIC's policies, Hong Kong exporters can easily secure trade finance under the Export Credit Guarantee Programme and expand their export markets. |
