General Terms:
- The Fairs are for Trade Buyers aged 18 or above only. An Admission Fee of HKD100 will apply to on-site buyer registration.
- All incentives are not applicable to the exhibitors of the above-mentioned Fairs.
- HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the incentive programs without any prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding.
For Asia Miles Reward Program:
- Pre-registration is necessary.
- Each buyer may only register once for the Asia Miles Program of each Fair and earn a maximum of 500 Asia Miles by visiting the 2 Fairs.
- Asia Miles cannot be earned in conjunction with Souvenir Redemption for the Fairs.
For Souvenir Redemption:
- Souvenirs are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
- Each buyer is only entitled to ONE souvenir ONLY.
- Registered buyers must visit the corresponding Redemption Counter with Admission Badge, Business Card and this email printout in person to redeem the souvenirs.
- The souvenirs cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Photos of the Souvenirs shown are for reference only.
- Souvenirs cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other HKTDC promotion including the Asia Miles Reward Program.

To provide greater convenience for your visit, HKTDC is offering Free Shuttle Servcie from various downtown locations such as Tsimshatsui and Causeway Bay etc. to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during the Fair Period of 13-16 October 2011 between 9am - 4pm (departure every 15 minutes).
